GENERAL POLICIES

 

Room Reservation Policies

Any changes or cancellations are subject to a $25 change/cancel fee. Reservations cancelled or modified 7-3 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeit of deposit. Reservations cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival are subject to a fee of the full stay. 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the full stay excluding tax at the time of booking. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.

Rates and packages are subject to change at any time.

All-Inclusive Group Reservation Policies (12 person minimum)

Any changes or cancellations are subject to a $25 change/cancel fee. Group reservations cancelled or modified 14-7 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeit of deposit. Group reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a fee of the full stay. 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the full stay excluding tax at the time of booking. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.

Rates and packages are subject to change at any time, based on availability and demand.

All-Inclusive reservations include a 3-course dinner each night of the stay. Head count and meal options must be determined at the time of reservation, so that the cost of the total stay may be calculated and 50% deposit may be taken. 

Breakfast and our All Day menu are always available for guests to order a la carte.

NON-SMOKING ROOMS & Spaces

All rooms, interior public spaces, and marked exterior spaces at Glen Falls House are smoke free. Smoking in rooms and / or non-smoking areas will result in a $250 cleaning and smoke damage charge.

PET RULES

Pets are welcome to stay for a $25 pet cleaning fee, based on available space. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in an additional $50 cleaning charge per incident.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Guests are required to provide a valid government issued ID and credit card at time of check in. Guests must sign the hotel registration card at time of check in, agreeing to all policies set forth therein. Guests are required to return all room keys and sign a copy of their folio at check out. Lost or stolen room keys will result in a $50 lock replacement charge.

Please help us keep our grounds and the surrounding trails pristine for future generations, by picking up after yourself. Do not feed the wildlife, or leave food and trash outdoors.
